Giant Steps Social 2024

Wow, what an incredible night! We are incredibly grateful to our amazing community for coming together to celebrate and support Giant Steps on Saturday night at The Social. The outpouring of support we received has truly blown us away. We have raised a phenomenal amount for our school expansion project! This is an extraordinary achievement! The development of our Kew site is on track to be completed by mid-2025, and the funds raised were vital to completing the new spaces.

The evening was filled with powerful stories, fantastic entertainment, and heartfelt and meaningful giving. A very special thank you goes to Michelle Dunlea for sharing Chloe’s story, which touched everyone in the room. It was a privilege to hear their family’s story, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Our heartfelt thanks to our Chairman, Barry Irvin, and Principal, Davina Bate, for their touching words.

We had the fabulous Candice Wyatt as our MC for the evening, and Phillip Kingston from Gary Peer, who entertained the room with our Very Real Auction, creating an incredible atmosphere.
